With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Frank Lombardi has always had a passion for helping people. In 2015, he partnered with John to focus on fire restoration and reconstruction, a field where that passion truly shines.

Frank’s extensive experience working with boards, co-ops, city officials, and planning departments gives the company a distinct advantage in navigating complex restoration projects. Under his leadership, projects are managed efficiently, ensuring that owners and tenants can return to their homes and buildings as quickly as possible.

About a decade ago, he recognized a gap in the industry: very few quality contractors were focusing on fire reconstruction, a challenging segment due to the complexity and scale of these losses. In 2015, he partnered with his brother-in-law, Frank, to create Franchise Restoration, a company dedicated to delivering a high-quality, full-service solution for fire reconstruction.
Since then, John has been a driving force behind the company’s success and growth. Today, he’s leading the charge to expand Franchise Restoration’s services into a broader range of emergency response needs. Before founding the company, John worked as a commercial insurance broker. His in-depth knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, liability, and risk mitigation provides invaluable support to clients navigating complex restoration claims.
